We absolutely love a wedding weekend, they are the perfect opportunity to elongate celebrations and extend your wedding into a multi-day celebration. They allows friends and family to connect and incredible memories to be made
Spread across both estates at Wilderness Reserve, American-born Amanda and English-born Ben embraced this concept, transforming their wedding into a delightful multi-day celebration at the stunning Wilderness Reserve. With guests traveling from all corners of the globe, they wanted to cherish every moment with their nearest and dearest.

A Thoughtful Welcome
Upon arrival at the Wilderness Reserve, guests were warmly greeted with welcome hampers and an itinerary detailing their exciting three-day adventure. The festivities kicked off with an enchanting evening at the fire feast site, nestled among the trees. Guests mingled around the fire, enjoying drinks served from a vintage Land Rover and delicious pizza from a converted horse box. To surprise Ben, Amanda hired the roaming band Festival Nights, setting the perfect tone for the evening.
With many guests from abroad, this gathering allowed friends and family to connect and catch up. Amanda and Ben chose to have the Best Men give their speeches here, breaking from tradition to welcome everyone warmly.
For the design of this stage of the event, we curated a relaxed and informal concept to suit the setting, with meaningful touches throughout the evening that gave guests a taster of what was to come.
A Relaxing Brunch
The wedding day began with brunches held simultaneously at both estates. Amanda celebrated with her bridal party at Moat Cottage on the Chapel Barn Estate, indulging in a bespoke menu featuring English and American favorites, complete with cocktails. Meanwhile, Ben hosted a relaxed brunch for guests at the Walled Garden in Sibton Park, where everyone enjoyed a continental breakfast and Bloody Marys, along with fun activities provided by Wilderness.

A Personal Ceremony
Having legally married during lockdown, Amanda and Ben wanted their ceremony to be uniquely personal. Amanda asked her stepfather to officiate, making the moment even more special. The ceremony took place by the serene lake, where guests walked together to their seats, greeted with refreshing pink champagne from a beautifully styled station.
When planning the ceremony design, we echoed this relaxed yet meaningful concept. We helped the couple source their suppliers, including their florist, The Floral Sistas who created the most beautiful arrangements.
We choose bench seating to line the aisle, fostering an informal and intimate atmosphere. Organic meadow arrangements were scattered whimsically alongside, creating a striking walkway to the end of the aisle. We suggested an asymmetrical backdrop, to frame the couple without obscuring the beautiful views beyond, with soft, floaty draping and a series of stunning floral bursts, created by The Floral Sistas.
We designed a palette of rich pinks, deep berries, and lush greens, taking inspiration from A’s engagement ring, and the rambling greenery in the grounds beyond.
A heartfelt ring warming ceremony allowed guests to pass the wedding bands, sharing their well wishes as acoustic guitarist LJ played the couple’s favorite song—a truly touching moment.

A Beautiful Wedding Breakfast
After the drinks reception, guests gathered in the orangery for the wedding breakfast. Elegant Ester and Eric taper candles and soft white chiffon runners adorned the tables, with handmade name tags crafted by Amanda’s sister, finished with dark green ribbons. On-the-day stationery by LouPaper included exquisite signs and calligraphy menus, while CMA Hire provided minimalistic tableware, beautifully complemented by colorful bud vases from the Floral Sistas.
The couple chose a relaxed tapas menu, crafted by Hall & Co. Event Design, setting the perfect tone for a joyful celebration.

Evening Revelry
After the meal, guests moved to the stretch tent for dessert, featuring a stylish display of miniature treats and espresso martinis all crafted by the team at Hall & Co. Amanda dazzled in a stunning sequin gown by Chosen by Kyha from The Wedding Club, and the evening festivities kicked off in the orangery, transitioning to the cellar for an unforgettable after-party.

A Fond Farewell
On the third day, breakfast hampers were delivered to each cottage—ideal for curing any post-celebration headaches. Before checking out, guests could explore the estate on Pashley bikes or take a refreshing dip in the pool. The florals were carefully repurposed and distributed to friends and family as a thank you gift.
We loved working with A & B to plan their day and carefully craft the design of their event. We produced a timeless and elegant design, filled through-out with personal touches, the carefully transitioned through the 3 days of celebrations.
A Grateful Thank You
A & B expressed their gratitude:
