We were so excited to see the beautiful shoot we collaborated on at 116 Pall Mall featured on Coco Wedding Venue’s Blog.
The epitome of quiet luxury, this beautiful design felt effortlessly chic and timeless. Working harmoniously in the grand setting, we wanted to design a concept that felt intentional and leant into the grandeur of the space. Our experience working in historic wedding venues means our approach is always considerate of the space and ensures that our concepts feel timeless, atmospheric, and unmistakably luxurious.

We styled several areas for the shoot with a focus on the reception florals and styling. This included the tablescape, cake set-up, and styling of the wedding signs.

For the tablescape design, we wanted to create a timeless and atmospheric scheme. Styling a long table centrally in the space and a sweetheart top table. We added soft white draping, in place of traditional cloths, in order to create a dreamy and ethereal feel.
We created modern, sculptural floral heavy arrangements in tones of white and cream for a chic and elegant feel. We opted for a lot of smaller, carefully placed arrangements, weaving down the centre of the long table in place of larger centrepieces. These included a mix of smaller floral heavy meadows to create a sculptural feel, alongside delicate ikebana style displays, with sweet peas and calla lilies. This ensured a more refined look, filled with moments of interest and layers of detail.

At the end of the long table, we also created a sculptural floral heavy installation, filled with hydrangeas in tones of white and very pale pink. This added a beautiful feature in the space that greeted guests as they came into the room. It also provided the perfect backdrop for the welcome sign, surrounding it with florals and ensuring it was highlighted in the display.

At Studio Artemis, we often work with couples who want their wedding flowers to feel like part of a complete visual story. We offer a bespoke approach and don’t think of arrangements as standalone pieces. Instead, we always consider how they sit alongside the other elements of your day, such as linens, stationery, candlelight and the overall styling direction.
The atmosphere of this editorial shoot was built as much through the styling as through the florals. Warm candlelight was central to the installation, creating atmosphere and softening the design against the scale of the room.
The layers of soft candlelight transformed the tablescape, and beautiful layers of detail were added through the variety of holder styles used. These included vintage brass taper candle sticks which added height and drama, alongside clear glass pillar vases and tea light holders, which provided detail and ensured a beautifully atmospheric feel.

We carefully handpicked tableware from Wren Ark, to complement the design and ensure an elegant and luxurious feel. Beautiful gold cutlery was paired with rippled glassware for an effortlessly stylish look, that perfectly suited this chic city wedding. We opted for stacked white crockery with a gentle ripple on the edge to complement the glassware and the soft tones of white used throughout.
Stationery from KDS Calligraphy completed the set-up, with beautiful hand calligraphed menus for each place setting, finished with trailing ivory silk ribbons.

For Studio Artemis, flowers are never separate from the wider visual story. As a team of florists, stylists and planners, we consider how florals interact with all of the different elements including the linen, stationery, candlelight, tableware and the architecture of the venue itself. This synced approach is what ensures our wedding designs feels cohesive and curated rather than simply decorated.
